I know right? I hate that when I'm doing a W/P Defy Pain I get so much shit.. but that's only if they all die... I mean come on not like we get a monk half the time so the build comes in handy..
Pure damage isn't the only way to help your team, being self sustainable is great too!
Plus my conditions have to count for something.

I said I was syncing in because my friend asked me as he was new and wanted support - sure you would do it for a friend as well...
and we lost regardless (never mentioned the outcomes in any game haha)
o-well whatever - I don't care what people think - I play my way and nobody elses way(!)
also on-topic: monk with a bar consisting of :-
troll unguent / antidote signet / heal party / heal other / cripple shot {E} >.< / natural stride / healing touch / ressurect
I hope it was a joke due to the elite but...the skill of some RA players is purplexing..
off-topic (again) :- HA weekend gonna be some bad bars there - hopefully get 200ish fame for r5 this weekend - or anything lol - be a bonus I s'pose(!) see you all there

No need for reading lessons.
No I wouldn't do that it's cheap and dirty, my friends would never ask.

you've never had a friend want to get into PvP and ask for some help? - well I find my friends are maybe not as good as yours - well some of them might be better, some weaker - but its down to the individual who may want some help with the learning curve of PvP (however bad RA is)
(can't be assed with argueing with some person I've never met - and don't care to waste by time)

His monk left the game before the fight gate even opened.

Now that I think about it, the stupidest shit I see in RA is not the people running terribad PvE builds, but the people who bring top tier no-brain-required builds but yet somehow manage to fail at playing them to the point of lolercoaster.
For instance, A blindbot. How the RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO do you fail at blindbot? It is the very definition of Bitch-role. And yet, I have seen a couple blinding surge ele's who apparently believed it was a spike build and would spam blinding surge along with air spike skills on some caster while completely ignoring the fact that the other team has an assassin.
Or a cookie cutter FF/PS curses Necro Spamming Insiduous on ele's and only FF/PS'ing maybe once every 30 seconds.
VoR messes putting backfire on the warrior, then empathy on the monk. Just...wow. Do noobs even read the skills in a build before loading it from wiki?
And my personal favorite: E/me distortionists that get sin-spiked and wait till they are below 20% health to actually activate distortion, then die from degen 5 seconds later. Anyone who takes that long to comprehend that they are being killed in a way their build is specifically designed to counter needs to /uninstall and gb2 WoW or whatever.
Somehow, someway, people discover methods to be bad at some of the easiest shit to run in the game.

This too. Few things are more faceplam inducing than false noob-accusations that ironically reveal the accuser to be the real noob.

I actually grief a lot in RA. Most common builds: Defy Pain Infuse, BiP warrior with bullstrike, max health warrior, WoH warrior, defy pain crossfire *spike*, flareway warrior, or quadruple attunement warrior.

Roasted Nublettes
It never ceases to amaze me how people will ball up in choke points, like on bridges, against AOE and just stand there.
It makes me wonder what people are doing that they don't notice that they are all standing there getting burned to a crisp.
